Tickets may be purchased at all Ticketmaster outlets including the Reliant Park box office, Fiesta, Macy's, FYE, Wherehouse Music and select
Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)
- ATMs are located at the following locations within each Reliant Park facility:
- Reliant Stadium - Sections 117, 136, 137, 353, 602 and 628
- Reliant Center - Halls A, B, D and E Lobbies
- Reliant Arena - Concourse
Box Office
- The main Reliant Park Box Office is located on the South side of Reliant Stadium inside Budweiser Plaza. Normal hours of operation are Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturday 10 a.m.-2 p.m. This schedule is subject to change based on event schedule.
- On event days, satellite box offices are available near the entrance to each event at each facility.
Designated Driver Program
- Reliant Park encourages our guests to be responsible, especially when consuming alcoholic beverages during events. To facilitate the safe return home of our guests, we have developed a "Designated Driver" program. Guests who present a valid driver's license and are no less than 21 years of age are eligible to become a "Designated Driver." Guests interested in this program may sign up at any Guest Services/Concierge Desk. After signing a pledge not to consume alcoholic beverages and for accepting the responsibility for driving members of their group home, Designated Drivers will receive a coupon redeemable at any concession stand for a complimentary soft drink during the event.
Diaper Changing Stations
- Diaper changing stations are available in all men's and women's restrooms and most family restrooms.
Elevators/Escalators
- All Reliant Park facilities offer elevators, with priority for the disabled. Reliant Stadium offers elevators at every gate.
- Reliant Stadium, Reliant Center and Reliant Astrodome offer escalators for the convenience of our guests. The North gates at Reliant Stadium offer escalator service from ground level to the 500 level, while the South gates offer escalator service from the 100 level to the 500 level.
First Aid
- Medical stations are available in each Reliant Park facility:
- Reliant Stadium - Outside sections 120, 140, 301, 328, 525 and 551
- Reliant Center - Hall C Lobby
- Reliant Arena - Lobby
- Reliant Astrodome - Outside section 274
Guest Services/Concierge Desk
- Concierge Desks are located on the Northwest and Southeast corners of every level of Reliant Stadium and outside Hall B and C of Reliant Center. Guest Services Representatives are on location to assist guests with questions and to provide solutions and information for upcoming events.
Public Telephones
- Courtesy phones may be found at the following locations:
- Reliant Stadium - Outside our Guest Services booths located at sections 113, 133, 318, 346, 517, and 543.
- Reliant Center - Halls C, D and E lobbies, at the front of Halls C and D, at the rear of Halls A, B, and E, and outside mezzanine rooms 403, 409, 501 and 700
